Your Role
- Work closely with the CEO to support residential sales performance and strategy in Singapore and Malaysia, running analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across the sales cycle.
- Monitor sales calls and shadow sales team members in order to make recommendations on sales workflows, strategies, lead assignments, and team optimization.
- Work with the tech team to drive process improvements in sales automation and the customer journey.
- Build, run, and maintain dashboards, working with leadership team in Singapore and Malaysia to refine analytics and reporting tools.
- Explore opportunities to optimize commercial sales and contribute to strategic projects.
